Terms and Conditions
1. Object
These Terms and Conditions (T&C) govern the contractual relationships between LOYA DOLL SAS (hereinafter "the Seller") and any individual or legal entity making a purchase via the website www.loyadoll.com (hereinafter "the Client").
Any order placed on the site implies full and complete acceptance, without reservation, of these T&C. No special conditions may, except with written agreement from the Seller, prevail over these terms.

3. Products
The products offered for sale are those listed on the LOYA DOLL website. Each product is entirely designed and manufactured to order, in accordance with the specifications, options and customizations defined by the Client when ordering (morphology, materials, finishes, skin tone, makeup, etc.).
The visuals, 3D renders and images displayed on the site or configurator constitute faithful and indicative representations of the final product, without strict contractual value. Slight variations may exist, particularly related to artisanal manufacturing processes and differences in lighting or screen calibration.
4. Order
All orders are placed exclusively online via the website. Before validation, the Client checks the details of their order and its total price. Order validation constitutes final acceptance and firm purchase commitment.
Once the order is confirmed, the Seller sends the Client a summary email specifying the order details and its reference number.
5. Prices and payment terms
Prices are indicated in euros (€) including all taxes (VAT included) for clients in the European Union. For clients located outside the EU, prices are displayed excluding taxes and customs duties, which remain the responsibility of the Client.
Payment is due immediately upon order. Payments are accepted by credit card, bank transfer or PayPal (secure payment via SSL protocol).
LOYA DOLL does not retain any banking data.
6. Absence of right of withdrawal
6.1. Custom and personalized products
In accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code and Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament, "The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts for the supply of goods made according to consumer specifications or clearly personalized."
All LOYA DOLL products being manufactured to order and custom-made, no cancellation, modification, return or refund is possible once the order is confirmed.
6.2. Sealed intimate use products
For hygiene and health reasons, intimate products or products that have been unpacked, used, handled or unsealed cannot be subject to any return or exchange.
7. Delivery
7.1. Deadlines
Manufacturing deadlines vary according to the degree of customization and production load. Once completed, the order is shipped by private carrier. The average overall deadline (production + transport) is 20 to 35 business days from payment validation.
7.2. Terms
Deliveries are made to the address indicated by the Client when ordering. Each shipment is insured and tracked. LOYA DOLL guarantees discreet and confidential delivery: no explicit mention of the brand, nature of the product or content appears on the package.
7.3. Non-receipt or package refusal
In case of unjustified refusal, non-pickup or incomplete address, return costs will be fully charged to the Client.
In case of damage observed on the package, the Client must refuse delivery in the presence of the carrier and send a photo of the damaged package to customer service within 24 hours.
8. Warranty
LOYA DOLL products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (articles L217-4 to L217-14 of the Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code).
Any claim concerning a conformity defect or manufacturing damage must be made by email to: support@loyadoll.com, accompanied by detailed photos of the product.
9. Liability
LOYA DOLL cannot be held responsible:
• for delays attributable to the carrier or external causes (customs, strikes, etc.);
• for minor differences between digital renders and the final product;
• for inappropriate use of the product contrary to its intended purpose.
10. Data protection (GDPR)
The data collected is strictly necessary for order processing and customer relations. In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), the Client has a right of access, rectification and deletion of their personal data by writing to privacy@loyadoll.com.
Data is never resold or shared with third parties not related to contract execution.
11. Applicable law and competent jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In case of dispute relating to the formation, interpretation, execution or validity of the contract, French courts will have sole jurisdiction, even in case of multiple defendants or third-party proceedings.
For any Client located outside the European Union, particularly in the United States, United Kingdom or Canada, it is expressly agreed that only French jurisdiction will have authority to resolve the dispute.
